Laughter: It really is the best medicine!

Have you ever noticed how much better you feel after a good laugh?  Did you know that your body does not know the difference between a real laugh and a fake one?  Try this right now: Laugh. It doesn't matter if you feel like it or not, just laugh. Go ahead - don't be shy.  If you actually gave yourself a little laugh, you are probably feeling a tad bit differently now. Maybe a little lighter? Maybe a little less stressed?

Laughter is one of the quickest ways to make yourself feel better when you are down. No pills are necessary, just a little effort on your part, but the results are impressive.

What happens when you laugh really hard?  Want to find out? Head to a comedy club in Las Vegas, and you will quickly forget about feeling lousy!
