While there are many things you can do like, go swim in the pool, turn up the air conditioner, and simply just stay inside to avoid the sun, there are times when you are going to have to endure the heat. If you must bear the sweltering heat, why not cool down with some delicious frozen treats. While you can't stop the sun from shining, you can cool down with some delicious frozen treats.

There's something about ice cold treats that tickle your taste buds, and have a cooling effect. So, today we are going to share with you how to make a delicious treat, that helps you cool down and is healthy too!

How to Make Frozen Fruit Popsicles. Here's What You Need:

  • Fruit of your choice (Apples, Kiwi, Oranges, Strawberries, Raspberries, etc).
  • Ice
  • Wooden sticks (Popsicle sticks)
  • Blender

Directions: Take your fruit and dice it up, mix it with ice and put it in the blender. Blend until fruit has a smooth texture. Pour the fruit mix into an ice tray or paper cups (to use as molds) Freeze the fruit mix for about 45-60 minutes, then insert Popsicle sticks. Freeze for an additional 10-12 hours to make sure they are completely frozen, then eat and enjoy!
