High Intensity Interval Training

H.I.I.T offers a variety of movements that involve short 30-60 second intervals of maximum intensity exercises. Burn twice as many calories in a 30 minute H.I.I.T class versus 1 hour of a normal cardio workout.

Class Schedule (subject to change or add times)

Monday:9 a.m, 4 p.m, 5 p.m

Wednesday: 9 a.m, 4 p.m, 5 p.m

Friday: 9 a.m

Saturday 9 a.m

$150.00 for 6 weeks;

Just $8.33 a class at 3 classes/wk!!
